I have google Fiber, but it is scrambled also on my smart station like netflix

My problem has been taken care of by calling LG technical support last night. There was no charge. I thought that who I was calling when I contacted your service

No this is a 3rd party support service where you had signed up and paid the agreed upon fee to correspond with a tv expert.
