JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: I have google Fiber, but it is scrambled also on my smart station like netflix

My problem has been taken care of by calling LG technical support last night. There was no charge. I thought that who I was calling when I contacted your service
