We had, I believe, a spike last night. The TV is fine but the sound bar is out. I turned the TV off and pulled out the plug and put it back. Did the same with the wires in the sound bar. Nothing worked.
JA: Who makes your speaker or sound system?
Customer: It is a Vizio. We paid $250.00 for it. Model SB 3851
JA: What have you tried so far with your sound system?
Customer: Unplugged everything and put them back in. TV
JA: Anything else you want the theater expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Unplugged every wire connecting and re-plugged TV is also a vizio. In November of 2016, we bought a Vizio TV and a sound bar Model SB 3851 What is the manufacturers warranty? We have a problem with the sound bar. We had 3 spikes and the TV is fine but the soundbar does not work.
