My T My TV in my office isn't working this morning. Internet appears to be fine. Can you refresh my TV signal?
JA: What's the make and model of your tv, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: A Zenith 24" flat screen, probably 6 years old or so. It was working fine yesterday
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Just came in, turned it on, and nothing blue a wavy black screen. No troubleshooting yet
JA: Anything else you want the electronics expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Its happened before and with Comcast sending a fresh signal, it works

Can you please remove the power to the TV (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then on the actual TV, hold the power button for 60 seconds then release.

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the TV, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.
