I have a Galaxy S III, locked by a provider. Is it possible to unlock, so I may change carriers. And where to go?
JA: When did you last change the password ***** passcode to your Galaxy?
Customer: I never had one. I apologize for lack of info. Acquired it from a friend. I have not done anything with it.
JA: Is there a Gmail address linked to your device?
