Technician's Assistant: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?

SHARP LCD TV LC-RC1-14 XMAS GIFT - DEC.2015 The screen is black & no sound. Yesterday the screen was black but there was sound then the sound left as well.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the TV expert to know before I connect you?

I spoke with the carrier rep (Bell Canada) & it was determined that it was the TV

Hi Aric,
Thank you for your reply.
I don’t have time to continue this any longer. I was away from my computer when you first replied. This investigation is for my sister who lives in the apt just below me. So, when I take my computer to her apt. the connection is broken.
I will also not be using the Free Trial or subscribing for the monthly fee.
