Facing TV Problems? Ask a TV Technician.
HelloWelcomeI am sorry you are having trouble here,I am presently reviewing your question be with you very soon.Anthony
OK sorry for delay this problem is usually because of the tact switches for the volume control ON THE SET ITSELF, there is a workaround but it will mean taking the back off the set, is this something you think you can do yourself?
I will provide all necessary info for you to do this
No it means un-plugging ONE lead from the function board and leaving it OFF
You could try tapping the button for VOLUME MINUS on the set itself
I have known that procedure to fix this
OK it is that button that is the problem the only other thing it could be is the remote itself but you should just take the remote out of the room to eliminate it
You need to get the back off the set and behind those buttons is the little function board you will see onelead feeding it .....pull it out
The buttons wont work however your problem will be resolved those buttons are seldom used
I do not know what you mean by that?please read above
Yes I did say that at the begininng
I do not know your level of ability to use screwdrivers or practical ability ...............

It wont if you do not follow the advice
If you cant do it you will need an engineer to do it
But the advice and answer is 100% correct
Judging by what you are saying here i do not think you are capable of doing this do you know anyone who is?
Look behind the button but inside the set, there will be a little board with one lead going to it take this lead out
I do not know, its one lead with a plug on the end there is about 5 wires in the lead
No its not the surround sound lead................
I apologize that you had to wait for a response.
Do you still need help with your issue?
Okay, thank you.
