The tv won't turn on. Model # JLE47BC3500
JA: What's the make and model of your tv, and has turning it on been a problem in the past?
Customer: JVC Model# ***** It has been unplugged for a couple of months but it was never damaged, knocked over etc. Was working and now it's not
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: It won't do anything.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: There has never been an issue till now.
JA: Anything else you want the TV expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: We were remodeling bath and had everything unplugged and covered up in bedroom. Now we are done and I am setting everything up again. Dvr box works. Tried different outlets and still nothing.
