My internet is setup but the dns shows 0s. I think there may have been a brief power outage today that knocked everything off line
JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: 60LE650U
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: I don't have cable but it powers on and it shows apps but won't connect to anything it appears as though my internet connections are accurate except for dns server
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Not an issue until today - power outage
