It was working fine until I touched the up button for the channels and now it won't connect to Roku or the cable box. I don't have the remote.
JA: What's the exact make and model of your television? And what have you tried as far as getting this connected goes?
Customer: Sony. Model KDL-32LL150
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: The TV menu works. I don't understand the second question.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I only got yesterday, so it's a been a problem since about five minutes after I got it.
