JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: one sec please
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: the model is m221nv and on the menu says tv and
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I just purchased the tv from one of the local pawn shops

The TV will show No Signal unless there's a signal connected to it. So what do you have connected to the TV that you're planning on receiving signal from (for example: cable box, satellite box, antenna, etc.)?
