I have 80 inch Sharp TV that I purchased about 5 years ago.

Hello: I have 80 inch Sharp TV that I purchased about 5 years ago. I have lost picture. I have sstalite reception which is working fine. What is wrong with my TV HELP Thanks
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Sharp is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: Hi I am back. model is AQUOS. Screen says " no view mode screen is available???
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: i think so. i have set on "satalite" setting
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: scren is always black
JA: Is there anything else the TV Technician should be aware of?
Customer: example...when i change a channel - satalite box changes the channel but on tv...nothing. before the new channel setting showed up on the screen...now nothing
