Have 32" screen ,picture about 26 " wide how do I extend the picture
JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: Model number D32hn-DO PURCHASED LAST xmas
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Have n ot tried anything to date
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Its my wifes TV when we got it I believe the picture was full width but shes not sure
JA: Is there anything else the TV Technician should be aware of?
Customer: no its a very good picture and color but not full width ,I don't believe shes messed with the remote

First, reboot the Cable/SAT box by disconnecting it from power for 10 seconds and plugging it back in. Upon rebooting,
if the screen aspect is still incorrect, then look for the following buttons on the Cable/SAT remote:

Aspect
Zoom

Format
HD Zoom
Ratio
(#) symbol under the 9 key on the remote
Find any buttons with those labels and use them to attempt to correct the picture size. Let me know what happens.
