JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact make and model of your smart tv?
Customer: Lost pAperwork large smart tv
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: I can get into system but setting say I can't access network at the moment can watch tv
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It's been working perfectly till1 hour ago

Do the other apps still work ok on the TV?

If not, then it may have lost its internet connection - try restarting your wireless router and ensure the other apps still work on the TV.

Then try starting Netflix again.
