Not picking up antenna channels. 2 days was, without

not picking up antenna channels. 2 days was, without problem, yesterday stopped. The antenna amplifier is plugged in and has green light on it. This is for all 3 TVs in use.
JA: What's the exact make and model of your television? And how long has this been happening with the channels?
Customer: 1 is Samsung, 2 are LG. Started yesterday.
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Yes. No, IPTV works fine. On TV (antenna), states "weak or no signal"
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Started yesterday when we turned the TVs on.
JA: Anything else you want the TV expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No

I have gone through an "auto-program" which picked up zero channels.
