JA: What's the make and model of your tv, and can you guesstimate how old it is?

JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: picture is dark only on netflix?

Please get me the model number off of the back of the Westinghouse, and also tell me what's connected to the TV for sources (cable box, etc.), and do any other sources display normally on the set please?
