I have purchased a clearTVKEY HDTV DIGITAL indoor antenna

Customer Question

I have purchased a clearTVKEY HDTV DIGITAL indoor antenna but I can't get andy picture or sound on my TV.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the HDTV's exact make and model?
Customer: the number on ticket is 49933 CLEARTV KEY X-70B, as seen on TV
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: yes, I have adjusted all menu options which I thought applied but no picture or sound on TV
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I put the antenna to TV last evening and then I changed the menu so it would know it was on antenna not cable, but so far I have had no luck.
JA: Is there anything else important you think the TV Technician should know?
Customer: no, it goes thru all channels with # and name but no picture or sound.

Hi, The most important piece of info we need is really what is the model number off the back of the TV please? All TV's require some sort of setup to be run,so if you can tell me that- I can then help you.

Since it appears you don't need assistance I will opt out.

Hello there I think that you don't have enough signal reaching your TV. An indoor antenna is really only suitable if you're very close to the transmitting tower. Also the antenna may not be correct for your area is another possibility. Do you have a roof antenna that you can try please?

Do you have another TV that you can try with this antenna too?
