We are in need of a new t.v, I have just seen a Hisense tv

We are in need of a new t.v, I have just seen a Hisense tv and don't know a thing about this tv,are they worth buying?
JA: What's the make and model of your tv, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: Our tv is a Sony, is about 15 yrs.old, the color is fading out ,that's why the new tv is needed.
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: The color clears up after 10-15 minutes,and it is on all channels
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: A technician was called and checked all the wires, cable box, inside and outside wires all were clear, it is the set.
