I have problems with the hulu and amazon apps. the program goes off and I get message insufficient band with on my sony smart tv. I checked with my internet provider and ran a speedtest and that is not the problem.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact model of your Sony? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: it is two or three years old
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: yes; no
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: at least a year. We just started hulu and the problem seems greatest with them

- Have you tried to unplug TV and wifi router box power cords from power outlet for 10 minutes to reset, replug back in, let wifi router box reboot that may take several minutes and check?
