I have a Proscan TV Model #PLED2329A and the picture is too

Customer Question

I have a Proscan TV Model #PLED2329A and the picture is too large for the screen. I have been putting up with it for several years but would like to get it corrected. The adjustments on the remote does not fix the problem.
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Proscan is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: The exact model is PLED2329A purchased 6/19/2016
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: The TV menu does work and it does it on all sources and stations
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I did this when I first started using it. It is not a recent problem.
JA: Is there anything else important you think the TV Technician should know?
Customer: Don't think so.

- What video devices/ sources (such as cable box DVD player etc) are connected to TV and does the problem occur on all video input sources?
