Hi, I have a 32" Sharp RUKO and looking to set it up so the TV does not time out
JA: What's the make and model of your tv, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: where do I find that - got it as a gift 2016 Christmas
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: I'm using cable remote - do I need to us TV remote?
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: my husband says it just goes out at night, nothing comes up advising it will turn off
JA: Is there anything else the TV Technician should be aware of?

Hello. That TV should have an 'auto power off' setting that will turn the TV off after 4 hours if no button presses are detected on the remote. Go to the Home Screen Menu and then Settings > System > Power >Auto power off

Here you can turn off the settings that auto power off the TV.
