JA: What's the exact make and model of your television? And what have you tried as far as getting this connected goes?
Customer: phillips 55pfl4909
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: tv menu works, can connect other devices to the wireless except tv. worked fine with Comcast now have Fairpoint and wont connect... called IT said it was a TV problem...
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: this is the only tv we own with wireless capabilities
JA: Is there anything else the TV Technician should be aware of?
