Hey, I'm having the same dtv.enclave issue on my KD65X8500 & it's infuriating! I also can't play anything from my google play library help please!!
JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: I'm sure it's a 2017
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Only on google play, my Netflix works fine & we don't use sat tv or cable
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: About a week, just happened outta the blue
JA: Is there anything else important you think the TV Technician should know?
Customer: My movies on google play still work on my tablet & cell
