I bought my Vizio TV in Nov. 2016 and the HDMI went out. what do i do?
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Vizio is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: its under a year old
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: The TV works, but not the HDMI Inputs. none of them.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: not at home so i not sure what model. it started 2 days ago. went to watch some tv and my direct tv and Blu ray would not show. i call Direct tv and they came to the house and check, but it wasnt their stuff. he said the HDMI Ports are not working
JA: Is there anything else important you think the TV Technician should know?

Could you tell me the model number from the back of the tv, please?

Did you test all of the hdmi ports, and have you tried them with anything other than the dtv box (such as dvd, games, etc)?
