LOL i think that the computer that greeted you locked on "sound driver" and switched to computer interaction
You are saying that the sound cuts with the sound bar ?
How about the tv`s speakers ?
Sorry , a bit early for a phone call
O.k then i`ll have to close down that phone offer otherwise it will be posted for all techs to see and one may take you up on that
O.k then just to be specific , it cuts off with the tv speakers and sound bar ?
Did you see my last question ?
Sorry but i`m a stickler for details
Yes indeed lets start again
Do you have a sound bar ?
Does it also cut off if you do have one
Phone request is now closed , just saved you $26
What is connected to this tv , cable box , dvd ,games etc. ?
You mentioned a sound bar in your opening post , is that so ?
I know , i cancelled it
O.k then try this , instead of connecting the sound bar to the tv , connect it directly to the cable box audio outs , if they are used by the tv then disconnect the tv`s audio
I am here , can`t you see my replies ???
Refresh your page !!
Can you see me now ?
O.k then try this , instead of connecting the sound bar to the tv , connect it directly to the cable box audio outs , if they are used by the tv then disconnect the tv`s audio , its bad anyway and that is likely the tv`s audio circuit/main board that is defective
I meant at the back of the cable box
Depending on how you are connected , if you have rca left/right
Never mind the tv`s audio , see if you can connect your sound bar there
Its just a pair of rca plug , who connected that sound bar anyway ?
Look at the back of the cable box for the left/right audio outs and if they are alttready in use by the tv then disconnect those and plug the sound bar instead , thats what i meant earlier
This will fix your problem without having to replace the tv`s main board and assuming the cable box is not the culprit here
This will verify that as well
