Please reboot any satellite or cable box you may be using by un-plugging the box from wallpower wait 5 mins then re-plug back in again do the same with the TV at the same time, let everything boot back up (usually 3 to 5 mins) then let me know if anything changes please, sometimes a glitch in the box OR the TV can cause signal drop out

Ok. we have unplugged the television and the cable box. I am waiting 5 minutes.
Expert:  Anthony_Infotech replied 1 month ago.

OK let me know we move on from that standpoint

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
Our cable box still has not booted up, but the screen is still snowy.
Expert:  Anthony_Infotech replied 1 month ago.

Should have booted by now, try switching inputs with the INPUT or SOURCE button of the Tv s own remote control (the original remote that came with the set)

Expert:  Anthony_Infotech replied 1 month ago.

You have to continually press the button

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
we don't have the original remote
Expert:  Anthony_Infotech replied 1 month ago.

Is there an INPUT or SOURCE button ON THE SET ITSELF?use that please

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
Should we hit the input box multiple times and the cable box be on or what should we do?
Expert:  Anthony_Infotech replied 1 month ago.

The cable box HAS to be ON yes

Expert:  Anthony_Infotech replied 1 month ago.

Make sure its ON and running in the ON mode

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
Currently, the cable box is in the LE mode.
Expert:  Anthony_Infotech replied 1 month ago.

Keep pressing INPUT button until box comes through

Expert:  Anthony_Infotech replied 1 month ago.

What is that?the box should be ON press the standby button with cable remote

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
You mean the input of the television. We currently see no difference in the cable box.
Customer: replied 1 month ago.
How many times or how long to push input button on television? Cable box looks like it turned itself off.
Expert:  Anthony_Infotech replied 1 month ago.

Reboot the box again I have no idea why its not come on

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
The cable box had LE on it. Should we keep pressing the input button on television or wait until the cable box comes on?
Expert:  Anthony_Infotech replied 1 month ago.

No its pointless pressing the input button if the box is not ON please reboot it again

Expert:  Anthony_Infotech replied 1 month ago.

I do not know why the box has gone into this mode you have simply rebooted it, if you still have probs i will need the model number of the box

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
The model # of the box is CISCO HDMI
Expert:  Anthony_Infotech replied 1 month ago.

No that is not the model number it will be somewhere on the box, the front or back usually, then I will need to look up what this LE message is all about, rebooting the box should not do anything with the box other than re-start it......

Expert:  Anthony_Infotech replied 1 month ago.

It may be quicker for you to ring the provider and ask them to explain what the message is and how you can get out of that

Expert:  Anthony_Infotech replied 1 month ago.

How did this work out please?
