Hi, I have a Sony TV and it is working well except that NETFLIX has disappeared from the screen. I have no access to watch any movies. I have called Netflix and they said to call Sony because there may be something wrong with the TV. I am paying faithfully $9.99 each month.
JA: Are there any HDMI cables or A/V jacks (red, yellow, and white cables) plugged into your Sony TV?
Customer: no, only black cables
JA: Was there a power outage recently?
Customer: No, and this problem started about 10 days ago. I have contacted the engineer and the Comcast guy. Nothing helps

Customer: No, This is very strange. Netflix cannot help either
