JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: now do I find the number and I think 15years old
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: yes and yes
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: when I push a wrong button it will change the settings and did that today and I can not get back to the correct setting
JA: Is there anything else important you think the TV Technician should know?
Customer: the button goes to ant.5-1 then when I push it goes to ant-1 push again goes to ant-b-3 snow on all can not get the video back
