After downloading a software update as requested yesterday I can no longer receive filmon on my Sony Bravia TV. Model is KD-49XE80077
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact model of your Sony? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: Purchased new on 10/06/2017
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have tried re loading Google nd Netflix, nothing works
JA: Anything else you want the electronics expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I am at my holiday home in Portugal and have fibre optic internet supplied by MEO. I pay a monthly subscription for Netflix and it was working ok prior to software download yesterday.
