JA: What confuses you?
Customer: Don't see a down arrow.
JA: Who makes your TV? How old is it?
Customer: RCA Model L26HD31R
JA: What have you tried so far with your l26hd31r?
Customer: When I turn it on the green light says it is on but the screen stays blank. Have unplugged it and left it and then plugged it back in but the screen still stays black.
JA: Anything else you want the TV expert to know before I connect you?
