JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: THE TV Is new I purched it when I started service with you
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: I dont no
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Issue for about 2 days . my pc screen popped up with a selection to chose on page244 Syfy HD

That is a directv error, not anything wrong with your tv necessarily,

as an initial step, please unplug power to the satellite box for at least 5 minutes,

replug, give it another 5 minutes to start back up, and let me know if it works at that point.
