The HD connection is loose. I keep loosing signal. If I press the chord in and hold it, I get a signal.
JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: Let me look...
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Vizio: M602i-B3
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: 10 to 12 months. I taped the chord and it helped for a while, but now it is a bad problem...
