Sharp--70" . black screen,,it will not turn on. HDMI connection is good and sound works, but no picture
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Sharp is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: I tried factory reset, but that dod not work either
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: LC-70LE857U I believe no menu
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: blsck scree only,,,white arrow blinks
JA: Is there anything else the TV Technician should be aware of?
Customer: black screen only..I think that is it. It is damn heavy:-)
