it is my LG G5 cell phone. i have a notice on saying my device is corrupt
JA: Has this happened before? And have you tried unplugging your LG and leaving it off for a few hours?
Customer: Has not happened before . I DID UNPLUG IT BUT NOT FOR LONG
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: i need help with my cell phone
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: it was working good when i went to sleep and when i woke up ,the warning was on my cell

Can you please hold the power button until you see a menu and choose power off.

Then power it on and try to use the phone
