I have a Sony tv model no KDL-46SL140 and an audio assessor

I have a Sony tv model no KDL-46SL140 and an audio assessor model no SA WCT100. I am not knowledgeable re electronics. There is a loud buzz that I can't get rid of. Any suggestion
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact model of your Sony? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: About 7 yrs old
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: About 10 days. I called ATT no help they sent me a new receiver. Didn't solve problem
JA: Anything else you want the electronics expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: It all started with constant closed captions. Couldn't turn it off.

By "Audio Assessor" do you mean a Sony soundbar and subwoofer system please?

If so, how long have you owned this for and when did the issue occur?

Also does the buzz raise/lower when you adjust the volume?
