JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: pn50b400p3d about 7 years old
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: no power at all screen will not light up
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: it was working normally, just muted the sound to answer phone then pop

This is a problem with the Y and Z sustain boards.
Do you know where they are in your TV?

Would you be able to get me a picture of the tv with the back off?
