We have recently started getting "video signal not compatible" on our 2008 Viera when streaming Netflix. How can we fix this?
JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: It's a 2008 Viera 55". We can't see the model number - attached at wall.
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: No, only issue is when we're using Netflix
