JA: What's the exact make and model of your television? And what have you tried as far as getting this connected goes?
Customer: Not sure e43-c2?
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?

JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Week or so...

- Does TV show any error message when run Amazon or Netflix app?

- Have you tried any other free app such as Youtube etc?

Only problem connecting through the remote to Amazon and netflix

It says network disconnected but wireless is showing that it's connected

OK, lets try easy thing first.

Unplug TV power cord from power outlet for 10 minutes to reset the TV, replug back in and run Amazon and Netflix apps.

Do they work now?

Sorry to hear that, have you tried to run Network Setup in TV menu to establish fresh wifi connection to router for internet?
