I can't get the VCR to work
JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: ew32s3pw
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: I can bring up the menu, but nothing works when I make a different selection
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Family just let me know, tv/vcr have been hooked for over a year

- Can you please get me the model number of VCR in question?

- Have you checked the video cable from VCR is plugged securely in TV?

- Does the VCR playback the tape?

Panasonic PV-V4612S the vcr works when i hook to the other tv's we have using the same cable

Please make sure to connect Video Out cable of VCR into Video In (yellow jack) at rear of TV for video signals, connect red-white pins of Audio Out of VCR into red-white jacks near the yellow jack at rear of TV for sound signal.

Now grab the TV remote and press AV button, playback the VCR and TV should display VCR picture.
