I have a Hitachi led 55 and a blue ray samsung do not give

i have a Hitachi led 55 and a blue ray samsung do not give me sound everythingh else work good( cable comcast, comcast to go, play station). I try the blue ray in another tv and work normaly. what do you thik
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Hitachi is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: ultravision model 55l6 buyed new less of 60 days
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: yes the menu work. only the samsung blue ray is showing this problem (no sound)
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: yesterday, in really i never used the blue ray in this tv before.
JA: Anything else you want the TV expert to know before I connect you?

What HDMI input of TV connected to bluray player?

right now in 2 but i try all 4 .

OK and all 4 HDMI do not give sound of bluray playback?

If so, eject the disc from bluray, now press and hold STOP button on bluray player (not on its remote) for 6 seconds, this will reset the bluray player to default settings. Now put a disc and play it and check sound.

Please reply back with the result.
