There are all these parallel and vertical lines I can't get rid of, no matter how I try.Can you please help?
JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: It was bought on 8-18-2016
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?

JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: From day one. I sent it back. This is the replacement

Also, if you bring up the tv menu using the original tv remote, is that menu clear or do the lines affect that menu?
