I can't figure out how to pay for a movie on my Bra via smart tv. I followed the instructions on the screen for google but no luck
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact make and model of your smart tv?
Customer: Sony Bravia 4K 65X850D
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: everything seems to work, however; when I get to the pay part of the process the won't let me pay. it showes my correct credit card but then won't go further
