Have you tried unplugging the Samsung TV for an extended period of time?

...and then plugging back in straight to but into a different outlet?

Customer: replied 7 months ago.
can work but with in 30 min it has off
Expert:  Louie replied 7 months ago.

The longer the better as this would simulate a soft RESET.

Please try for test purposes and as a process of elimination.

Sorry; "...cannot..." ?

Customer: replied 7 months ago.
dhen what can i do for that
Expert:  Louie replied 7 months ago.

As posted above, it would simulate a soft RESET.

If not corrective, then it would be an internal hardware issue. The systems diagnostics is detecting a developing fault and is kicking in auto-protect mode.

Are you then considering a DIY (do-it-yourself) repair approach? If yes, do you have access to and familiar with a multi-meter (and even perhaps a soldering iron)?

If yes, please post back with clear pictures of the insides of the TV showing the circuit boards. Click HERE.
