HDMI alert that states the connection is comprised, YPBPR shows and the tv shuts off approximately 15 seconds later?
JA: What's the exact make and model of your television? And have you done any troubleshooting yourself?
Customer: Here's the various #s:BN39-01583A - SNIN 1523 - 42LN5300.
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: I unplugged the HDMI input and the tv still worked. Just no found the LG remote.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It's been going on 4 a month or two
