It has become very grainy, reminiscent of the early days of TV
JA: What's the make and model of your tv, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: I have had it less than a year and it is a 24-inch model.
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: The TV in my den works just fine. The Insignia is in my bedroom. Someone walked me through making remotes compatible and I have been able to work it up until now. My computer is is a room across fromt he bedroom so I don't have access to it at the moment.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Started day before yesterday. Worked fine the night before.
