Hello Alister,

Can you tell me if you have a cable/satellite BOX connected to the toshiba? If so, can you please have a look at the back of the toshiba, and tell me exactly where (which port, they are all labeled) the box is connected, such as hdmi1, hdmi2, video1, etc?
