I purchased a Samsun Led TB 5200 from Costco and am trying

I purchased a Samsun Led TB 5200 from Costco and am trying to set it up using a Concast Infinity cable connection and do not know how to make it work.
JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: Series 5 5200 and purchased it as a Chritmas gift. We have just plugged it in and use Concast Infinity cable connection
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: It gives the direction for connecting to the internet and we are using cable
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It is brand new and never been used. The only directions we see is to connect by internet.
JA: Anything else you want the TV expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I don't know. I just thought I could plug it in and connect the cable and expected that to work.
