JA: What's the exact make and model of your television? And how long has this been happening with the channels?
Customer: Insignia NS-RCANA-17. Just today when turned on.
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?

I need some more info here to sort this. Are you using a cable Box of some sort with the set? Also what remote do you usually use to change channels (Insignia remote or cable box remote)?
