JA: What's the exact make and model of your television? And what have you tried as far as getting this connected goes?
Customer: its an LG tv and I went to the menu on the tv and attempted to reconnect
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: no other troubleshooting don't think it has ever been connected
