I'm trying to figure out how to turn on CC or subtitles on my Vizio tv.
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Vizio is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: It's pretty new, since November. Let me check the model.
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Menu works find. fine.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I haven't been able to use CC since I got it.

1- Could you please get me the model number written on back cover of TV?
2- Is the TV hooked to antenna for channels or any cable box connected and you use cable remote to change the channels?
