good morning,i have taken the t.v. all the way up to the highest chanel and now it will not respond at all. HELP
JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: sorry i had to get the # D41n-E3 I just got it this passed thanksgiving
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
